Refund policy

The Toby Keith Store is happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 45 days of ship date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please send the unworn/unwashed item to the below address with exchange/return instructions & once we receive it we will refund you or send the exchange. Just write this down on a sheet of paper and include this in your return/exchange. Thank you.
